ML Secret Supply Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Destinations: ML Secret Supply currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination.
2. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak times, such as holidays or special promotions, processing times may be extended.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Delivery times are estimated and start from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays or carrier issues, may affect delivery times.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages: Fit & Flawless is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
